Post-Jam Update

I've put together an update to rebalance the game, fix some bugs and add some UI and quality-of-life features that people have been requesting. Some highlights:

-Tutorial!
-View your deck and discard pile
-Key to the symbols on the cards
-Draw and discard animations
-Highlighting hexes when their powers are activated
-Adjusting the starting deck so it's possible to get a bonus card on Round 1
-Rebalancing some card abilities
-I've addressed the bugs that caused extra cards to be added to the deck and the draw/discard errors. Be sure to let me know if these bugs or any others recur for you!
